Greetings, I am Farrel Ariella Hakim, and is preferably to be adress as Arel, or also like to publish my artworks under my alias as anaklaut. I studied my bachelor degree in the Business Administration of Raffles University.
Nurturing the risk taker value since early age has lead me to various path into my career, through vary experiences of internships, projects, and contribution, I am exciting to introduce myself as an inquirers and knowledgeable personal. However, Being able to be a fast learner, risk taker and punctual is what most of my colleagues spothighlighted from me.
Sticking to the value of being a longlife learner, has encourage me to try everything as i got chances to try them, the same goes as I’m in the working environment.

In our 8th term of bachelor degree, we are asked to conduct a business for the Entrepreneurship and New Business Development subject. And our group consists of fashion students, fashion marketing student, and also design student, so we are out to build the fashion business by the brand of @kembangid_.
The goal is to empower local artisans and support the local economy by repurposing plastic waste into valuable products. The aim is to maintain high customer satisfaction through consistent quality and service excellence, while establishing the brand as a premium fashion accessory line known for exceptional craftsmanship, quality, and distinctive design.
ENGLISH TEACHER
Contributing as an English Teacher and taught kindergarten up until senior high school student together with other facilitator from Tabina Zhafran Education Consultation.
This experience has clearly enhance my teaching abilities on how to develop various techniques on teaching kindergarten, elementary, junior high school and senior high school student. Customizing the teaching style based on their capabilities might sounds challenging, however, it’s also a chance to know them closer and to experience being an ideal teacher.
Communication and General Affair of Aha! Project
AHA! Project is an NGO under the ASHOKA organization, build by Ara Kusuma. Involved as the General Affair and Communication of AHA! Project has giving me the opportunities to be responsible with the weekly content, and the engagement between user, facilitator and the other division of AHA! Project to socialize the AHA! Project curriculum and making sure that all the people involved has succeed and align the AHA! Project vision and mission.
The 2 years contribution towards Aha! Project was beyond insightful, and wealth of experience. Trying and experiencing many activities, and also being an Master of Ceremony, a facilitator, documentator and also a General Affair that are responsibles of their instagram account was beyond great.
KARA NIWASANA
As an Indonesian and a Javanese, I recognize that there are so many beautiful and chic cultures in our daily lives and around us. One of them is Batik, which has also been designated by Unesco as Indonesia's cultural heritage. From my awareness of how beautiful Indonesian culture is, but unfortunately young people today often forget about their own culture, my desire to spread knowledge about Batik with its various philosophies was born.
The Kara Niwasana project was inspired and taken from the Sanskrit language where "Kara" means light and "Niwasana" means cloth , fabric. I created the name Kara Niwasana with the hope that one day this Batik cloth can be used with pride by every Indonesian citizen and will bring "light" both for those who wear it and for Indonesia in the eyes of the world. Let's introduce Batik as Indonesia's culture to the world.
BACKPACKER
JELAJAH TIMOER INDONESIA
Is responsible for being the treasurer of the Jelajah Timoer Indonesia project involved a backpacking journey through East Indonesia, specifically Lombok and Labuan Bajo, during the Covid-19 pandemic. Participants engaged in cultural exploration, including visits to historical sites and interactions with the local Sasak tribe, while also conducting social projects such as teaching children and cleaning up beaches. This experience fostered a sense of humanism, friendship, and a deeper understanding of the region's culture and environment.

The Islamic Basic Business Study project is the work of mine, which was carried out between August and December 2021. This project is part of the POMM (Program Muamalah Masyarakat) class under the guidance of Ustadz Dr. Erwandi Tarmizi, MA, and was born from my interest in business and my desire to understand the aspects of Islamic commerce more deeply.
The aim of this project is to provide an understanding of business according to sharia principles, so that it becomes a practical guide for Muslim entrepreneurs who are ethical, trustworthy, and orientated towards the pleasure of Allah SWT.
